Our process starts by talking to our clients about their requirements, from there we use the latest cutting-edge CAD software to turn your ideas into a full-fledged design.
Manufacture
Once the design is complete we send the plans to our purpose-built manufacturing facility, from here our expert joiners and woodworkers will begin creating your bespoke furniture by hand.
Install
Once the manufacturing process is finished it’s time to start installing. Our in-house installation team will visit your home and install your finished product, creating minimal mess and leaving you with a breathtaking end result that will last for years to come.

Richard Sutton Design listens to your ideas carefully before “putting pen to paper”. We work with the latest CAD software to create intricate designs based entirely on your ideas and requirements. As well as this our expert design team are on hand to help you to select the best materials for the job, creating a high-quality end product that will last a lifetime.
All of our bespoke furniture, no matter its application, is loving made at our purpose-built joinery workshop in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. Our expert woodworkers have more than 25 years’ experience creating premium furniture for Bathrooms, Kitchens, Bedrooms and Interiors.
